Initial Contact

Your Personal Information
We need to gather your personal, occupational, family, financial and medical information to do our job thoroughly.
This step also includes an analysis of any existing insurance you may have.
In Writing
Depending on how complex your needs are we will generally prepare a discussion paper or simple email with an indication of what type of cover is available to you and at what cost. Depending on your situation this will normally include a few options. The next step is to formalise that information into a Statement of Advice.
Getting Cover in Place
We facilitate applications for insurance, liaise with underwriters & accountants, medical centres & any other associated third parties to get your policy into force.
Ongoing Support
We are here for any changes you need to make - big or small. You're not a number to us - our whole business is based on helping you with your insurance.
Of course that also means if you need to make a CLAIM. We will be there to assist all the way through.
